	Will Leader Founder & Managing Director I'm passionate about helping customers improve their businesses. I enjoy making technology work by producing innovative solutions to deliver real world results. I bring 10+ years of commercial and technology experience from Banking & Insurance. A graduate in Finance & Management in New Zealand I moved to the UK graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. My career at in London was: General Electric (USA), Citigroup, Xchanging, Lloyds of London, LloydsTSB, Deutsche Bank & then GlobalCapital in Malta.
	Lilo de Buitlear Business Manager I enjoy working with Customers, delighting them by making technology work, and implementing properly so they're satisfied. 7+ years of Customer Service experience in Software and Telecommunications has given me a deep understanding of how technology work with different business strategies. I'm also a qualified Lawyer and TEFL Teacher so I can combine my experience in software with Teaching real-world use of English. I'm also fluent in Arabic, Spanish and Swedish and English. After all my travels I feel Irish and consider Dublin my home - I look forward to speaking with you soon.
	Patrik Larsson Technology Manager A graduate in Interactive Media and Communication, I spent my early working life focused on Online Media, Software Architecture and the Strategic Application of Information Technology. My initial experience was focused on survey software, deployed in both the private and public sector in Sweden. In 2002 I moved to Malta and managed the Web Department of an Advertising Company deploying infrastructure solutions and websites to large and small private and state-owned organisations. As a member of the LanguageRoom team from start I am thoroughly enjoying applying technology solutions to the language teaching industry.
	Daniel Ekeroth .NET Developer After graduating in Information- and media technology I have worked with Online Applications, Interface Design and Public Relation Strategies. My initial experience was planning, developing and maintain a weight watching community that became a great success in Sweden. I then moved to Ireland, working as a Technical Support Professional and Application Developer for a while before beeing recruited to LanguageRoom.com and settled down in Malta.
